Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to designing your own custom made wetsuit in just 5 minutes

  • Open the wetsuit style you want to order and click "Customize Your Suit"
  • Wait for the 3D Configurator to fully load.
  • Choose your preferred wetsuit thickness and size.
  • You can choose from our premade sizes or select a custom size.
  • Select base color of your wetsuit, it can be the final color or the color you want most in your wetsuit.
  • Select the preferred entry system/zip system link
  • Choose colors for each panel of wetsuit, You can design complete wetsuit in one color or mix several colors to create a unique wetsuit.
  • Select from premium add-on options wind shield, back knee grooves, Aqua Flush, and ankle straps. You can choose any of these or all.
  • Choose the color of the logo. If you want to order a different color simply add a note with your order and we will get back to you.

After placing an order for a standard-sized wetsuit, expect a turnaround in 15 days. If you order a custom-tailored suit, it will take one more week.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. We are happy to ship to most locations.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping prices are included in the overall cost of the wetsuit. You will not pay any extra charges, for express delivery charges vary upon destination.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes. Every wetsuit comes with a 30-day warranty that protects against material and manufacturing defects. You must have a receipt to claim the warranty.

What can I do if my wetsuit gets damaged?

Contact us! Send a photo and detailed description of the damage and we will set up a repair project to help.

Can I make a change to my current order?

If you have just placed an order for a custom wetsuit, you may be able to make changes. Contact us right away. If we have not started your order yet, we are happy to make changes. If it is already underway, it is too late.

How can I clean and maintain my wetsuit? / How to wash a wetsuit?

Rinse with cool, fresh water after every use. Hang it to dry in a shaded area. Do not put it in a washing machine or dryer. Take care when removing it and putting it on. Do not pull on the seams unnecessarily. Do not put it down on sharp objects or rough surfaces. Your wetsuit is built to last, but extra care helps it maintain its excellent condition for longer.

What is the best wetsuit thickness /mm for free diving wetsuits?

For warmer water, the ideal thickness is 2mm-3mm, for cold water we suggest 5mm-7mm.

What is the best wetsuit thickness for Surfing wetsuits?

For warm water 2mm for moderate water 3/2mm for cold water we suggest 4/3mm, for very cold water 5/4mm or 6/4mm with a hood.

What's a good wetsuit for the ocean?

Wetsuits are designed as per their use, neoprene for surfing wetsuits cannot be compared to neoprene for diving as in surfing flexibility is most important, and in diving compression is required, just keep in consideration a good fitting wetsuit is what you require for any of these sports ideally a custom-made wetsuit as per your body. 

At what temperature should I wear a wetsuit?

If water temperatures drop lower than 70 you should wear a wetsuit, The thickness of a wetsuit depends on personal preferences but a guideline of thickness we suggest is the following
1.5mm - 2mm Shorty / Jacket or long Jon/Jane for 70°F and above
2mm Full suit for 59-69°F
3/2 Full Suit for 56-65°F
4/3 Full Suit or a Hooded Full suit for 50-59°F
5/4/3 Full Suit or a Hooded full suit for 47-57°F
6/5/4 Hooded wetsuit for 46°F

What temperature can you surf/swim without a wetsuit?

Above 70°F is fine for Surfing / Swimming for most athletes.

Is it warmer to wear a shirt under a wetsuit?

It won’t be pleasant to wear a shirt under a wetsuit, a wetsuit should touch your body and hug tightly for warmth and comfort.

Does water feel cold in a wetsuit?

A wetsuit holds a layer of water next to your skin, initially, you endure a bit but later that layer works as an insulator and keeps you warm and you feel nice and cozy.

What should you wear under a wetsuit?

It's not necessary to wear anything under your wetsuit.

How tight should a wetsuit be?

The wetsuit should feel like a second skin, not too tight and not too loose, if it's loose-fitting water will flush in and if it is too tight it will restrict your movement significantly.

Can I wear a 5mm wetsuit in summer?

For summer ideal thickness of the wetsuit, we suggest is 2mm-3mm

What is the unsafe water temperature for surfing/swimming/diving?

If the water temperature is 70F (21C) or lower you will need a wetsuit for water activities otherwise controlling your breathing becomes difficult as the water temperature falls from 70°F to 60°F (21°C to 15°C). Total loss of breathing control.
