Originally from the Netherlands. Ammie coincidentally joined a surfclass in Sri-Lanka 8 years ago. She was hooked on the feeling that surfing gives you. During her travels, she always took some surfclasses in different countries. 

She worked as a pedagogue in a rehabilitation center for children with diverse developmental needs. For Ammie, teaching surf is quite similar.

Ammie is involved in various projects, working with surfcamps and organizing retreats herself with other communities. She also started the project ‘us & the ocean’  with Sophie, to offer workshops that combine Breathwork & Surfing.

In the future, you might find Ammie’s pedagogical surf center somewhere in Portugal!

Connor Mazzola is a true waterman whose connection to the ocean runs deep. He caught his first wave at just 5 years old along the rugged coastline of California’s Channel Islands, where his love for the sea first took shape. From that early start, everything else—scuba diving, sailing, spearfishing, freediving—was a natural evolution of the same passion.

Now based on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, Connor spends most of his time immersed in the ocean—either capturing its raw beauty through his lens or sourcing food sustainably through spearfishing. His photography is strikingly intentional: he shoots exclusively on black and white film, embracing the purity of light, grain, and timing. No second takes, no digital edits—just honest, timeless imagery that reflects his respect for the underwater world.

Cayla is a passionate water woman whose heart belongs below the surface. As a certified SSI Freedive Instructor and founder of Mako Dive Co., she has
turned her love for the ocean into a lifestyle. Born and raised in North Carolina and living in Puerto Rico, Cayla lives to explore the depths and inspire others to do the same.

With every dive, she pushes her limits and encourages others to connect with
the water in a deeper, more mindful way. She embodies the spirit of Ocean
Tailored: driven, fearless, and fully immersed in the ocean life.

Dalton is a filmmaker, content creator, and lifelong waterman whose work captures the energy of the ocean like few can. As a producer for top-tier brands like Red Bull, GoPro, and pro surfers around the globe, his visuals don’t just tell stories, they move people.
