How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping prices are included in the overall cost of the wetsuit. You will not pay any extra charges, for express delivery charges vary upon destinations.
Do you offer returns?
No. Unfortunately, since every wetsuit is custom designed by the customer, we cannot accept returns.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes. Every wetsuit comes with a 30-day warranty that protects against material and manufacturing defects. You must have a receipt to claim the warranty.
What can I do if my wetsuit gets damaged?
Contact us! Send a photo and detailed description of the damage and we will set up a repair project to help.
Can I make a change to my current order?
If you have just placed an order for a custom wetsuit, you may be able to make changes. Contact us right away. If we have not started your order yet, we are happy to make changes. If it is already underway, it is too late.
Are standard size wetsuits available in stock?
Check our “Ready to Ship” section on our website for current availability. Items are limited as we focus on a bespoke, customer-centric business model.
Do you create both adult and children’s sizes?
Yes. We make high-quality wetsuits for the whole family.
What materials do you use?
Ocean Tailored Wetsuits use premium Japanese Yamamoto Limestone Neoprene.
Is your business model and materials sustainable?
We love the Earth and its oceans and want to do our part to protect it. The materials we choose top the list of the most eco-friendly neoprene available today. It is 99.7% calcium carbonate instead of a petroleum-based product. From acquisition to refining to manufacturing, we strive for sustainability.
How can I clean and maintain my wetsuit?
Rinse with cool, fresh water after every use. Hang it to dry in a shaded area. Do not put it in a washing machine or dryer. Take care when removing it and putting it on. Do not pull on the seams unnecessarily. Do not put it down on sharp objects or rough surfaces. Your wetsuit is built to last, but extra care helps it maintain its excellent condition for longer.
